What is BCR Systems?
BCR Systems is a revenue platform for sales organisations. Reps enter their actuals, team leads set targets and budgets, and the platform turns both into a live Revenue Health Score, lead dashboards, and scoring per rep. AI-generated reports summarise where a team stands and what to do next, and a course area delivers sales training inside the same tool.
The problem we set out to solve.
Sales controlling usually lives in spreadsheets that nobody trusts. Targets, actuals, and lead data sit in different places, reports are built by hand, and reps see numbers weeks late. The platform had to give three very different roles exactly the view they need, keep the data model strict enough for real controlling, and still feel light enough to be used daily.
How we built it.
An Astro application with React islands, server-rendered on Cloudflare Pages with a D1 database. Three roles (rep, team lead, admin) gate every view and API. Charts are built with Recharts and D3, the Revenue Health Score derives its inputs from the funnel when values are missing, and reports render to PDF with a print preview. Deploys go out automatically on every push.

Every role sees only its slice
Reps see their own numbers, team leads their team and budgets, admins the whole platform. The rules are enforced in the API, not just hidden in the UI.
Where we are today.
BCR Systems is in build after a year of planning with the client. Reports, the Revenue Health Score, and scheduled live calls are already in place; the launch is planned for Q4 2026.
